After the death of her father, Shelly finds herself alone in the world. Sorting through his possessions at his house brings back a lot of memories. One of their activities she is reminded of is how they would research her mom’s genealogy. Shelly wonders why her dad never researched his own family. She begins a journey that takes her to places she never thought possible. Throughout the entire story, God nudges Shelly to get out of her comfort zone. That’s easy for some, but for shy and introverted Shelly it may almost be impossible.
